Teaching
Teaching philosophy
I employ a feminist pedagogical approach. This means that I am committed to creating a space in which we are all dedicated to the co-construction of knowledge, fostering connection and cooperation, and – at least partially – disrupt power dynamics present in the classroom. I understand the classroom as a space for collective and collaborative learning, and I seek to create an environment where different perspectives and positionalities are valued and all participants’ voices heard. My classes engage with theory produced within academia, but also knowledge produced outside of its walls.
